The Athlone Community Training Centre aims "to provide early School leavers with training and development, which meets their needs and encourages progression, in a supportive community based environment".
The centre is located in Athlone town and provides a learner-centred approach in a stimulating and supportive environment. The highly skilled staff help learners develop their full potential, gain nationally recognised qualifications and progress towards employment and further education.
The Athlone Community Training Centre offers programmes in Hair and Beauty, Catering & Hospitably, Science & Engineering, Employability Skills, Pathways to Employment and much more.
